Overview

At Laptop Market, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it within our return period, subject to the terms below.

This policy is in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law and applies to new, used, and refurbished laptops sold on our platform.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving the item if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item or item not as described
  • The product is not functioning as promised or specified
  • You changed your mind (only applicable for unopened, unused items in original condition)

Note: “Change of mind” returns are not accepted for used or refurbished items unless otherwise specified.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Laptops marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “As-Is”
  • Software or digital downloads
  • Laptops with activated software/licenses (e.g., Windows, MS Office)
  • Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
  • Products returned without original accessories, packaging, or proof of purchase

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Original receipt/invoice must be provided
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
  • For used/refurbished laptops: serial number must match the sold item

We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving the return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at support@laptopmarket.ae or log in to your account to submit a return request.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, you will receive return shipping instructions or a return label.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the item within 3 working days of receiving approval.
  4. Inspection & Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item for another laptop of equal or greater value (subject to availability). Exchanges must be requested within 7 days and are subject to the same return conditions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your laptop arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the damage for faster resolution
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
